global projects Support Programs to support start up and execution of USD 50M to 500M projects: e.g construction, transportation, IT. Programs are aimed at deliver the projects with higher post calculated than pre calculated profit. Program design start at the end of the negotiation phase and are focused either on the start up phase or includes monitoring of progress and support to the project director and the team throughout execution. 2. Change projects Programs to deliver results from change projects. A program can include 4-5 teams with 4-6 participants. |
